Roses

I went to a friend's house the other afternoon and was immediately captivated by the flowers in her backyard. The entire space was blanketed in beautiful roses, and the sweet blooms just called my name....

Photo Club - Botanical Gardens

The sun was shining at our latest Photo Club meeting this past Saturday as we made our way through the Botanical Gardens. The theme this meeting was "Flowers", and we found little buds and blooms along the trails. We split up into a few little groups, and my group went down a trail that didn't have as many flowers - but plenty of MUD! We had a great time in spite of the mud, and I got some pictures that I like as well!

The other day we got together to go on a hike with Sammie and her mom - and we had a blast! I took some pictures of Sammie during the hike, and I loved how they turned out!

Paraprosdokian Time!

I stumbled across a bunch of paraprosdokian quotes today (figures of speech in which the latter part of a sentence or phrase is surprising or unexpected), and I thought I'd share a few of my favorites with you all!
